No. The PDF is read by your browser (using Mozilla's open-source pdf.js) on your own computer and never leaves it.
Which tables does it detect?
Tables whose columns line up, the kind found in most invoices, bank and card statements, price lists and financial reports, including right-aligned numbers. Tables with cells that wrap over several lines or merged headers may need a quick check.
Does it work on scanned PDFs?
No. Scanned PDFs are pictures of pages and need OCR. This tool reads digital PDFs exported from software.
